Shipping policy
We ship orders on our own and pack everything with care. Shipping is not free and all shipping fees are shouldered by the buyer. Shipping costs are separate from the item price and will depend on your location and chosen courier. You may choose your preferred courier such as LBC or J&T Express, or suggest another courier. Orders are usually shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery time and any delays are subject to the courier, tracking order will be sent to you via Messenger or Instagram.
refund policy
All sales are final. Once your order has been shipped, we do not offer refunds for any reason. Please make sure to double-check your order details (size, color, and address) before confirming payment. If there are issues with your order before shipping, feel free to message us right away and we’ll do our best to help. Once the item is handed over to the courier, it is considered shipped and no refunds will be issued.
